1. English lab bifurcates into (i) ELCS lab (ii) AECS lab
(i) English Language and Communication Skills Lab:-
The lab is well-established with 60 systems installed with advanced software and software of Oxford and Cambridge Advanced Learner’s Dictionary. The students are allotted systems on a 1 : 1 ratio with headsets in our centralized AC lab.
The objective of this lab is to enable the students to learn better pronunciation through phonetics. The related software with tests and exercises enrich their vocabulary.
The lab is equipped with OHP to give the students a formal training in speaking skills. Group Discussions, debates, JAM sessions and other oral presentations are conducted in the lab sessions.
Advanced English Communication Skills Lab:-
This lab trains the students with its software related to interviews and personality development. Oxford and Cambridge Advanced Learner’s Dictionaries’ software is installed to enhance their vocabulary and pronunciation. They provide a good boost-up for outgoing students to be ready for privatized culture during campus interviews and placements.
Apart from these, we have a CD library where any related information can be gathered.
Engineering Physics Lab
* The engineering Physics Lab is well- equipped with Newton’s Rings, Meldie’s experiments, Optical Fiber, etc., to facilitate the students in acquiring skills for the measurement of various parameters. The lab can accommodate 30 students at a time and covers all the experiments as stipulated in the JNTU curriculum to all branches of 1st B. Tech.
The Engineering Chemistry lab
The Engineering Chemistry lab is well-established, and very spacious, accommodating 30 students at a time. It conducts all the experiments as prescribed by the JNTU, consisting equipment like calorimeter, Potentiometer, Conductometer, etc., which help the outgoing students to gain abundant practical knowledge.
