Department Profile The Science and Humanities department is in existence from 1997. The department has dedicated faculty members from Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English and Management Sciences, helping all engineering streams. The department plays a vital role in bringing out the students total personality to impart and enhance the advanced knowledge skills and prepares them to meet the growing challenges of the industry and diverse societal needs of our nation. The department serves as a bed rock on which this institute is firmly structured. It serves as a foundation aiming at creating analytical and innovative engineers who prove to be authentic pillars of this strong edifice. The department takes care of the core subjects like English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Environmental Studies, Management Sciences and Professional Communications. The department is headed by a well-experienced HOD and has competent and knowledgeable faculty and well equipped laboratories, viz., Advanced English Communication skills Lab, English Language and Communication Skills Lab, Engineering Physics Lab and Engineering Chemistry Lab. The Department Club CLICK- Culture and Language Imparting Club for Knowledge, organizes various curricular and extra-curricular activities for the all-round development of the students.
